By leveraging high-probability 'Land' contracts at Hub71 and CMA-CGM to anchor the first 12 months, the strategy scales toward high-value integration projects with Thales and Veolia. Mathematically, this delivers a total weighted revenue of $2.02M. After factoring in a 45% delivery cost, UAE corporate tax, and operational buffers, the roadmap is engineered to yield a net contribution of $789,174 (AED 2.89M).
